Information on LPG
LPG consists of a mixture of propane, butane and a few other hydrocarbons. At normal temperature and atmospheric pressure, the gas will be put under pressure for easy storage and circulation.
Characteristics of LPG Main:
- Color and odor: LPG is colorless and odorless so the mirekptan is added to identify it in case of leakage.
- Toxicity LPG is a non-toxic gas but may lead to suffocation when inhaled in a gas-saturated environment.
- Gas vapor density: Because the LPG vapor density is heavier than the air density, leaking gas tends to lower areas.
The importance of LPG and its advantages:
LPG is an important and clean energy source worldwide, especially in countries that do not rely on natural gas.
Advantages of LPG:
Clean burning: When burned LPG does not leave residues due to combustion and so it is environmentally friendly
